1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location

We proudly offer delivery to US, CA, EU(DE,FR,IT,ES,NL,PL,BE,SE), GB, AU,NZ, JP, KR, SG, TW, AE, IL, QA and SA. Please note that certain locations may have temporary shipping restrictions due to customs regulations or logistical limitations.

3. Delivery Time

US Delivery:

• We aim to deliver within 3–7 business days using local couriers.

• Free tracking information will be provided for all shipments.

International Deliveries:

• Orders shipped to destinations outside of US will be fulfilled from our China warehouses. Order will process in 3 bussiness days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination from 5 -15 bussiness days.

Shipping Methods:

Local Courier Service for US:

• USPS® - It gives you cost-effective, reliable ground delivery within 5 to 7 business days. You also get free tracking information for your shipment, 24/7.
• Amazon logistics® - For important, but not critical shipments, use standard, two-day option.

International Shipments Service:

• YANWEN® - Ships from China, with reliable delivery within 5–15 business days and free tracking information.

All delivery times provided are estimates and subject to conditions such as courier schedules and customs clearance. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.

4. Shipping Costs

Fees will vary depending on dimensions, weight and handling. To calculate the cost of shipping, please use our shipping calculator on our checkout page after you have added all the items you'd like to order to your shopping cart.

Usually the shipping cost will be as below:

      Free shipping--Available on orders over $50.

      US,DE,GB--Delivery in 3-7 business days cost $5.00.

      CA, EU(FR,IT,ES,NL,PL,BE,SE), AU,NZ--Delivery in 7-14 business days cost $7.50.

      JP, KR, SG, TW --Delivery in 5-14 business days cost $4.85.

     AE, IL, QA, SA --Delivery in 8-15 business days cost $9.5.

The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. This includes any orders returned due to non-claim, incorrect address, undeliverable address, etc. Balvi is not responsible for customs fees incurred from imported goods. We work hard to keep our shipping rates reasonable while ensuring your items are delivered in the most efficient and reliable way possible.

5. Damaged Items in Transport
